+This document describes the roles, responsibilities, and members of The Shakespeare Ensemble.
+**Decision-Making**
+  * When necessary, decisions of the Ensemble will be made by consensus of the active members.
+  * Any active member can call for a decision to be made and recorded at any time.
+**Members**
+  * The list of members of The Shakespeare Ensemble will be kept up to date at the bottom of this document.
+  * Members may be active or inactive. Members are assumed to be active unless otherwise noted in the list of members.
+  * All members (whatever their current status) have the right to attend meetings, raise projects, communicate their opinions to the Ensemble, and engage in all activity of the Ensemble.
